Help us win £6,000 for Matson & Robinswood

September 12th, 2008

The Citizen and Gloucestershire Echo have teamed up with Barclays Community Investment Programme to provide £12,000 for two local Community Makeovers. We have entered a project to try to gain the £6,000 available for Gloucester. We would like to continue to bring hanging basket displays to the area and to further develop the Rose Garden. As well as this we wish to help restore the BMX track on Robinswood Hill and bring it back into use. We have had a lot of community involvement in these projects so far and this money will help us to continue the momentum.

In order to win the contest we need as many people as possible to vote for our project. Tokens need to be collected from the Citizen or Gloucestershire Echo every day from now until 14th October 2008. You can send the tokens in directly or bring them along to our office at the One Stop Plus, 79A Matson Avenue.

You can also vote by text by sending
GM MAKEOVER 007 to 65100
Please help us to bring this money to Matson & Robinswood.
